Hadiqa is an Arabic term that refers to a garden or a park. It is a word that is often used to describe a place that is filled with lush greenery, flowers, and trees. In Islamic tradition, gardens are seen as places of beauty and tranquility, and are often mentioned in the Quran as one of the rewards of Paradise. The concept of Hadiqa has been a source of inspiration for poets and artists throughout history, who have depicted the beauty of these gardens in their works of art. In many Muslim cultures, gardens are seen as important places for social gatherings, where people can come together and enjoy the beauty of nature. The term Hadiqa is a reminder of the importance of taking care of our natural environment and the beauty that it brings to our lives.
Framing is currently offered within Perth, Australia only. Because paper-cutting artworks are delicate and dimensional, framing is a little different to standard prints. I recommend a “floating” presentation, sandwiched between two pieces of glass so the artwork stays protected and visible from both sides.
If you’re in Perth, I can arrange framing and deliver to you. If you’re outside Perth, please message me with your location and I’ll share the best options and next steps.
Every artwork is an original, hand-crafted piece by Tusif Ahmad. Each order includes a signed authenticity card.
