Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 ✔ In the original packaging.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

• Artwork with visible signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
• Any return request made after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

✔ If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
